Registration

Any youth, (ages 6-17) can participate in the Basketball League.  The Summer Program activities are free for youth, (ages 6- 17) in the Cartersville/ Bartow County Community.  You will need  written permission of a parent/ guardian to participate.  Click here to download a ready-to-print Registration Form or ELW Youth Waiver Form (requires Adobe PDF Reader).
